If PSC manages to confirm even just HALF of its upper exploration target at Mumbezhi, about 525 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.5%, it would be a major step forward. That kind of resource size would put it in the same league as some of the big copper mines nearby, like Kansanshi and Sentinel. Looking at how similar-sized copper projects are valued, companies with a resource of this size and quality often trade at market caps between $500-$700m AUD, even before full development. Right now, PSC is sitting at around $130m AUD. So, if the resource is confirmed, the company’s valuation could easily climb 4 to 5 times higher. That would mean the share price could rise to somewhere between 69 cents and 97 cents. In short, confirming even half of the upper target would be a big deal. It would likely put Prospect on the radar of bigger players and investors, especially if they also move ahead with a scoping study or potential partnership. It’s still early days, but the upside looks very promising if the drilling results continue to go their way. add to this a potential offtake, JV or takeover from QFM and the next 12-18 months will be interesting. Strap in!!
