i just listened to the recent July webinar presented by Patrick

two important things I got out of it .

1 atlas mine extension has two avenues / getting permitting on the land that was covered out to expedite the approval process , and two utilising the Hyperion and Helene deposits

2. they have done drilling at the gold prospect to either progress or look to sell . zero value is ascribed here so even a sale for a few million would be impactful given market cap . On the other hand so solid results could be a rocket under the SP .

all of the above is value on top of core value . Patrick confident on hitting and even maybe exceeding target with further columns added in early July to increase production further
