my opinion is that if required .. and hopefully it isnt.. well if ur books begin to look a bit sharper..it could also possibly be a wiser choice to seek that hypothesised 500k -1mill from bank debt..
if energy mad does decide to IPO.. momentum perhaps may then exist for that investment to grow further? perhaps even at a rate faster then INT's embedded network model.. perhaps a keeper for awhile? to explore potentials? it has been a turnaround story and that company is looking more set to perform then earlier days in my view..
after all if u are only talking sub 1mill exit cash from Emad at this point in time.. versus upside growth potential in Emad.. well.. all things being equal.. u culd even hypothetically just sit still and have a holding of that.. and attain rewards there?
im sure someone who owned 10% of general electric in the early days was well rewarded..
its just some other options and ideas from me to consider also thats all.
