Note in the table how lacking the Mountain Pass REE mix is. Yet DoD has invested $400m and Apple $500m! It seems crazy given MP does not have the heavy REEs to make permanent magnets that can operate at high temperatures e.g. ballistic missiles etc.
The differences in MEI's favour is not a percentage increase, it is multiples!
How can DoD ignore this? It can't. Expect a deal at some point. And I don't think that a deal is dependent upon MEI signing a licencing agreement as long as DoD is guaranteed it is going to happen
Anyway, exciting times ahead.
