Again religions should not be force to marry gay couples.

But we have called a legal union between people a marriage whether that has be religious or civil , its not the exclusive domian of religion.

So if a gay couple want to be married in a civil union they should have that choice and eveyone else should butt out of their private decison to do so.

It won't affect you or me or anyone else.

It just word but its a word that will be uplifting to the people who want to use it to define their personal union.
