    Great news - Doug will not muck around here .

    The Marketing appt i was hoping would be made also - one glaring area in need of changing & he has made that .

    Forget Victor - Doug & the new members of the Board are driving these changes .

    Vic next to move on is what most SH want to see now & soon . No doubt at all from a SH point of view .
