I believe they outsource this work. But if they get a decent Navy contract added in a Gas contract for parts, I would imagine that this could well be an option, they have the space. Also if they need to raise additional $$ in time to get onto the NASDAQ this may be a good excuse to do a raise, as they are currently fully funded.
