The delay in getting the CR funds from that particular shareholder does not impact current cash requirements to start the imminent mining. Extended timeline for this shareholder is a nuisance in that the forfeited CR uptake by this party will need to find other takers at 21c. Anyway, by the due date for payment we should already be pulling gold out of the mine bringing in cash
