I don't believe the BUMA costs are captured in that as they have not been incurred -the May claims (15.3 million) are still being disputed. It says that "all creditors have been paid except BUMA as outlined above". If they did pay that demanded sum as is, they'd have 4M left and BUMA are yet to issue the demobilisation bill of ~3.7M.

I mean its good that they feel confident about finalising a funding and debt repayment pathway but note the line in the quarterly regarding the engagement with mcGrathNicol as "the company is currently unable to source additional funding from existing investors (debt and equity)".

So, this is getting diluted with new money or its lights out basically.
