Don't have a source for their information and I don't have time to check, but someone on the Canadian equivalent of HC mentioned only 12 companies made it through to the next round:
"on first read, it seems like the Joint Support Plans are a bit of an organic document as all the information is provided. The key metric here is that the original ~150 submissions, whittled down to 56 companies was further parsed down to only 12"
