Reality is we need to wait on two things and they won't be resolved for several months;
1. Pluto coming on line
2. Shells overhanging 24 percent
Until these two issues are resolved we are likely to tread water around these levels. Regardless of rising oil or other factors.
Having said that, providing there are no further delays to Pluto and we find a home for the remaining shell stake, then we should see blue skies.
Potentially a good time to accumulate a quality stock.
