Its too early to compare imo.
We are drilling for Copper (not rare earth materials) in USA and that too next to 2nd largest copper producing mine, drilling yet to start though
SP is bargain based on rock chip results and project location, but patience is required..
Drilling news next week, (fingers crossed)...
