Has TLX handled the sub-poena badly? I agree. It was left to the CEO to bat away the issue...chairman's job in truth. However it was a poster in here who tried to connect the two and it is only sticky in here...due to the nature oh how conversation threads work.
Has TLX handled the non-tarrif issues in the US that have impacted the shareprice? Absolutely. It was left to the CEO to say there would be no material impact as a result of the tarrifs...chairmans job in truth.
The real issue is TLX should be able mobile a risk mitigation plan due to three US based risks eventuating that are pushing the share price to a place no-one really wants. In my view that risk mitigation should include putting greater focus on markets other than the US until the air has cleared for the three US-centric risks. Two FDA matters regarding products approvals land one SEC matter regarding disclosure compliance.
Everything else is mere noise or business as usual.
