By no means is the chart good over the last 15 years but if you compare it to a majority of other penny stocks over the last 15 years it has actually held up pretty well. Generally ranging from .050 -.250 for over 10 years. I suspect the last few years where it has dropped below that would be because the general rare earths market sold off as well. Could also be big players getting the price down to load up cheaper. I trade charts so I know little about the company but if they have the mineral deposit size like everyone says that compares to other bigger companies. I'm sure this news would of been known for at least a year now (correct me if I'm wrong). A sell off for people to accumulate at a lower price does make sense as they know it was years off from production with multiple CR incoming.
