With the likelihood that the ANDA approval process will drag onto to mid-year (and possibly beyond??)there is the need to get investment dollars into ACL.

ACL has a cash supply that is drying up in the short term. It has semi-committed to a clinical trial that is presently treading water with cash already spent on certain items. How long can ACL keep this trial treading water knowing that the landscape could change? Is PS trying to get a third party on board who will run with the trial?

It is little surprise that PS is out and about in the US presenting ACL to "potential" investors.

PS will have nothing new to say on Monday about Fonda other than the present company line which we all have down pat by now. Fustrating I know!!
