pretty clear they aimed to have it deployed in the summer period. It now won't be. They are talking months delay. What does that even mean? 2,3,4,5,6?
now they will be at the mercy of the weather as to when they are able to deploy. Which could result in further delay.
hardly an announcement worth high fiving about. I'd say Dissapointing is a fair assessment.
