    Lenni2001 - First of all I have no shares in your Company, But I would ask all shareholders in this Company to stand up like yourself and stop this deal. I may be wrong but I'm sure there is a way shareholders can object to a bad deal like this, One of the more experienced people on this forum has written recently about this.
