I’ve actually been a shareholder since it was 28 cents... After five years of quarterly promises and consistent underperformance, it’s not even worth selling at this point. So no, this isn’t about “spreading negativity to buy cheaper.”It’s about calling out a pattern. Overpromise, underdeliver, and now poor internal handling of a restructure that affects real people.
yes, IAM needs to be profitable. But profitability doesn’t have to come at the expense of basic communication and respect which reflects the type of leadership at this company.
