We are now into March and I am of the opinion that we will receive the long awaited news that has been haunting investors for the past 3 months.

I remain positive that NKP will be successful with all the disputations. You may ask why?

    1. The feedback from ARM CEO in this weeks MiningMX report indicates that the DMR has granted NKP the Garatau propsecting rights. Why would ARM take legal action against NKP if this was not the case?

    2. Rumours on HC suggest that NKP is seeking legal advice on ARM's claim. You may recall that both ARM and Anglo were challenging the DMR on the prospecting rights and not NKP.I conclude that the DMR has made its call in favour of NKP.

    3. Feedback to me from a DMR senior exec indicated that current cross fire between ARM and NKP was "companies doing their own haggling and we are not part of it". If the DMR is no longer part of negotiations then a decision on the farms must have been concluded.

4.Many NKP down rampers have disappeared from the forum. Rumours were that they were supporters ( or plants) of Shapiro and co. Do they know that the cause is lost?

    5. The Bendwenyama internet site does not allow feedback.Reason is unclear but indicates that it could relate to the site being removed or altered. Is this another clue?

    6. The Sth African Mining Minister starts her international road show tomorrow in Canada followed by New York and Boston. The main objective of the tour is to restore investor confidence in Sth African mining industry as it has had a hiding due to all the disputations and uncertainty of tenure. Surely results from test cases such as Genorah/NKP disputes may be revealed? We can only speculate that the Minister will produce positive demonstrations that once rights are issued that they cannot be disputed especially after companies spend millions of dollars on exploration.

    7. Indications from NKP and some posters such as Balilow (who appears well connected) are that signs are positive.

    8. NKP has indicated that the various Communities are partners and that Shapiro and co may have mislead the Concourt. Obviously the DMR would have considered all the new evidence. Have not read any rejections from Shapiro's firm not jounalists.

    9. Journalists such as Barry Sargeant have not made a sound. They have gone underground. Why? Embarressed by their errors in reports?

The list goes on and on.

My prediction is that announcements are around the corner. With some luck the NKP star will shine again as resolutions deliver a stellar future for our investment. Those who have maintained faith will be rewarded. Down rampers will have an opportunity to jump on board.

These are my views. As always I state that I may be wrong with my predictions.
