Was the SPP legal when you consider the ''Rules of Disclosure'' IE The company but not nessesarily AB knew a deal was more or less done the end of March according to info posted. Why was this not disclosed to potential SPP recipiants such as myself and other eligiblae holders as if it was there would have been no chance i would have participated to the full extent of 30k or if at all. I just feel there is a breach here and after the current meeting being setup i think a letter of complaint and a formal complaint needs to be lodged with ASIC and the ASX this all seems just too underhanded and down right devious as others have said, Yes im not a happy shareholder as like many i feel betrayed by the BOD and taken advantage of for others personal gain. Hopefully every other shareholder of a Company with MC and his side kick on the BOD will think twice about the morals of said Directors and there motives.
