that’s not always a good thing tucs the standards seem to drop when. Your policing your own work, programs ,budgets and deadlines seem to affect quality this is what I suspect happened first time around , stabilizing the pavements this time around will hide your sins so to speak for a while in the pavements and formation.
Slander jack yes stabilizing will toughen up the road I think it would last a couple of years without major failures.
