I've been talking about crap and dodgy building in Australia for years - many on here told me I was wrong and Australia had some of the best buildings in the world and was the greatest country in the world
same dumb sods who are now complaining about builders --------- all they showed was a spectacular lack of vision and situational awareness
the dodgy building side part of the systematic failure of housing Australia etc - again, isn't simple and needs to be fully pulled apart
the entire industry, housing culture and laws etc - are buggered - all of it requires total rebuilding
and that's why I believe the problems won't go away - Australia isn't capable of such a task
