Has sentiment changed that much? I think we'll know by mid-week. By then, the price would have pulled back to around 15-16cps, or we have said goodbye to 20cps... THAT'S when we can say sentiment has changed for this stock. A contract announcement soon, big or small, will do the trick.
How much to build a rig - they're not cheap. I'm sure I saw a figure of $9 million but it could have been $12.
