LAST week we reported the (very) long-awaited first gold pour by Morning Star Gold (MCO) which was correct -- but only up to a point, Lord Copper. There was some gold poured at a Melbourne plant but that was because, while the mill at the Morning Star mine in Victoria is now processing the ore at a satisfactory rate, the concentrate was not up to scratch and so pours cannot be done at the mine until the problem is solved.
