you are correct, they should be shot - or punished severely anyway.
But, in the end, thats why most traders lose money and a hell of a lot go out the back door completely wiping out their account -- because they make losses.
There are very very few traders that make it and even less that make it big. Investors in general are far better off - and have better holidays :)
