After reading all your posts over the past few days, I decided to check the validity of your accusations against QMN management. I did a quick comparison of nearby Cloncurry miners and compare their SP at end of 2010 and now. This is what I found:
Cloncurry Mining Projects
QMN (White Range Project, Jessievale)
Price at 31/12/10 0.165 compared to now 0.125; decline .04
PDM (Toolbuc REE)
Price at 31/12/10 :0.038 compared to now 0.034; decrease .004
XTA L XSTRATA listed in London (Ernest Henry Mine)
Price at 31/12/10:1,440.00GBp compared to now 1,425.00GBp; increase 15.BGp
EXS (EXCO E1 Camp and Monakoff)
Price at 31/12/10:0.680 compared to now 0.580; increase .10
IVA Ivanhoe (Starra Line esp Starra 222)
Price at 31/12/10:3.380 compared to now 3.580; increase .20
AIV ActivEX (Florence Project Significant REE results
Price at 31/12/10:.050 compared to now .080; increase .030
CYU (Chinalco JV GSE Elaine Dorothy Copper-Cobalt and Rare Earth Element (REE)-Uranium)
Price at 31/12/10:0.180 compared to now 0.330; increase 0.150
GSE (JV CYU) (Elaine Dorothy new REE province)
Price at 31/12/10:0.031 compared to now 0.051; increase .020
RDM Red Metal (Corkwood copper, gold and silver)
Price at 31/12/10:0.1700 compared to now 0.220; increase .500
As you can see, except for PDM where there has been a slight SP decrease, all other miners have increased their share prices and often due to work in their Cloncurry tenements.
