5. The Company continues to discuss investment options
with other (predominantly Chinese ) investors.

6. Conversion of Oppies (CASH FOR COMPANY GROWTH)

7. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON

So i beleive that over the next couple of months or by end of June all these Factors will be in play and the
Re-Rating for Padbury will be huge.

So all focus is on the JORC fingers crossed...
