All the lead up discussion talks about rates of $25 - $45 a tonne of CO2.
Swan quoted numbers from a paper that planned $45 a tonne. The Greens want to be at the top end of the scale.
Any number under $25 would be considered a joke by any greenie.
What number do you think is being planned? Why is labor afraid to quote their number?
