Anyone got an investment in retirement vilages?
Just got offered 2 units (80g each) in QLD.
Rent will be covered by the pension rent allowance + up to 75% of pension.
Total Investment will apparently be positively geared to the about 130$ per week (with interest rate =6.5%).
This will be my first investment.
Anyone got any advice / comments?
