How would you know how good or bad management is?
Have you have any working relationship with any of them?
Are you just generalising based on the performance of the share price?
Have you ever personally managed a deal worth $400m+ to see what issues are involved in closing a deal of this magnitude?
Unsubstantiated one line statements indicate to me that you have no evidence to back up your claims.
