Amongst the various alternatives being considered by OnCard is the possibility of developing a relationship with a strategic party. OnCard has commenced preliminary discussions with a number of potential interested parties and is being advised in these discussions by UBS.
i find it interesting that ONC have appointed an investment bank. i also note that Taverners now own a sizeable chunk of ONC directly and have freed up alot of cash from their takeover of astra which just completed recently. previously they couldnt access the cash inside astra because there was a different set of management. its also an interesting time for the company because according to the HY presentation most of their business units have become EBITDA profitable.
