IMHO
1.) The intention of the presentation is obviously for capital raising purposes.
2.) The presentation will most likely target institutions, fund managers (and the like) and possibly a few brokers.
3.) This cannot happen until after a signifcant road-show has been completed
4.) Therefore the captal raising would most likely actually occur about the end of March/early April...same time as the seismic is due.
5.) The share price (with all the positive new about)is unlikely to sit "on hold" waiting for the CR to happen in one month's time.

OKAY...IMHO...THIS IS MY PREDICTION...AND I KNOW YOU WILL ALL THINK THAT THIS GUY IS A RAMPER AND "OFF THE PLANET"!!!

I PREDICT THAT THE PUNTERS BUYING TODAY (UNDER 5C) WILL, IN FACT, BUY THEIR SHARES CHEAPER THAN THE 15% TO 20% DISCOUNTED PRICE THAT THE INSTITUTIONS WILL PAY AT THE END OF THE MONTH!!!

(Okay...I have been posting here for nearly 6 months now...all the "old guys" here know that ALL my predictions have come true!!! At the moment there are lots of new guys around...running around like "chickens without heads"...or following like sheep...not knowing who to follow...it becomes very confusing when posters arrive briefly and make 1 or 2 seriously incorrect posts...get everyone in a panic...then disappear with their TAIL BETWEEN THEIR LEGS (sometimes literally) with humble apologies...this is done with the supposed good intention of helping "novices" from the hungry wolves like (maybe) "MrDeeds" (HOW IRONICAL INDEED(S)) Well at the end of the day, they have probably lost the poor novices money...whereas anyone following my opinions is still sitting on a 2 bagger...with more to come!!!...so there you have it...coincidentally if anyone wishes to go back a few months...they will find a post where I publically stated that I have guarenteed certain friends and all my immediate family a 20 bagger...(2c to 20c that is)...does anyone see the closeness of my 20c guarentee and the Hartley's 19c valuation!!!)
