The path to a sale is now clear - We won’t be doing any further partnering deals. - Partnering early cost us 2/3rds of Trofinetide’s future value, but was required obviously at the time. - We now have sufficient funds/revenue and expertise to keep progressing NNZ-2591 in multiple indications. - Each indication keeps adding substantial future sale value. - All of this will create huge pressure into a bidding war for our company (we didn’t have this leverage early with Arcadia) - Maximum Value will be extracted from a sale, not dividends, buy backs or future revenue streams.
I’m happy to wait for the sale (my guess is within next 12-18months) as I’ve been here for 11 years. Lets enjoy the “home straight”.
