    The Board and Management of Albidon Ltd can confirm the disposal of the company?s interest in the Chirundu and Kariba Valley Project to African Energy Ltd in accordance with an announcement made today.

    Albidon has received a substantial return from this investment and the proceeds shall be used by the company for the expansion of its existing, wholly owned projects and other proposed exploration.
