I emailed Jon. Find it hard to believe that they are still awaiting the ATO decision - they have categorically stated March and if that were the case, think they could have answered the barrage of people asking for answers. It's easy going with the "we'll announce when there's something to announce" line, but think people are feeling genuinely misled.
