dott, I may have misconstrued your post, if you're referring to the lengthy time it took to get salt slag to commercial scale, yes perhaps someone did drag the chain, but what does it matter now though? a deal has been done
the NMP would be an add-on technology, not much use without the other, that's how I see it...NMP has been incorporated into Moolap plant now so that tech looks like a done deal too.
