    CGNPC is PDN's buddy with which they signed a MOU for amongst other things "possible participation in Paladins growth strategy".

    PDN was very interested in EXT in the past but the price ran too hard making it a bit big to digest. But an approx 50% share of EXT would be much more easy to digest.

    Rossing South would then be a PDN/CGNPC JV???

    Just a thought...
