now dont get me wrong, i am no way nervous. i am in a great position the investment properties where bought last year and the year before well below current market prices (even with the drop) and PPOR was bought in 2004 and has increased 150% since then. i am bored with the medias constant attempt to scare monger people into purchasing newspapers or watching tv programes based on hyped up headlines. Yes the house prices are dropping at a very slow rate and as with all investments you have ups and downs if we didnt we would all be doing it.
