your shorting arguements including the "total transparency of the 'value chain'." were even more appropriate when MHM was around 25 to 30c.
If you had been around then you would be probably shorting it.
If you say you "were" around then (but did not post) why did you not post? and why did you not go long?
It seems to me your investment style is reactive at best with limited TA and limited FA. Your only tools is HC and "hope" that the counter approach is the applicable for new technology companies.
That ain't always the case.
