I have done a rough look through and they probably have $100m at least of cash this year to pay off the debts. With a NTA of 42c and growing (as the conservative provisioning is wound back)once the majority of the debts is paid back they will get say a 6-8% interest return on say 50c. So 3-4c income per year. so if you value that at per of 7-10 the value is between 21c and 40c. Then eventually either they collect final debts or sell off at a discount. I am happy with a valuation of 30c to be paid off in 3 years. So 100% return over 3 years lets say. So up to 20cents this is still a good investment for a long term hold
