Fairness would suggest that any shortfall should be allocated to the ordinary shareholders.
One or two Directrs should not get preferential treatment espcially when we have already seen the ordinary shareholder being diluted by 15%.
And of course you'd buy another $400k of shares at 5.5 cents when the shares are trading at 6.1 cents: an instant 10% profit.
