I'm not sure how things will turn out. ASIC are still assessing the situation and this has been going on for over 3 months now.
Time will tell.
Interesting Court Case in USA on Insider Trading. Anything could happen there.
Just let us hope CuDeco comes good for us soon. And, yes, it is a costly business pursuing causes these days.
