Anyone know much about these Coal Leases, mostly in QLD?

Some brokers have commented that CGV is worth more than its current MC with its coal leases alone.

When I spoke to the company recently they said one of the competing coal leases in the Surat Basin had been granted to CGV recently and they may drill on this lease soon.

According to exisiting data on the lease they reckon its highly prospective for high quality coal.
