EXACTLY.
WEB is running on HYPE and that is it......TVL is a hell of a lot bigger and better business but the only thing they lack is decent management IMHO.
I experienced the same, customer service and affordability wise - WEB does NOT come close to TVL.
I hold shares in neither.
