Okay, in the interests of fairness I'll elaborate, since I just looked over the chart.
This stock has more or less ambled along and done NOTHING extraordinary. Average volume looks to be around 300K, with a "big" day a few months back of 500K volume.
Today it turns over 13 mill in volume and absolutely sky rockets because of this announcement? Oh, and bear in mind it went to it's highest point within the first hour of trading 25 cents, then quickly dropped all the way back to 16 and then spent the rest of the day sliding back to 13.5 cents. Which admittedly is still TWICE what it previously closed at.
It has DT's written all over it. Might see another high volume day tomorrow, and maybe even the next day, but it's looking like another classic "pump and dump" for the next few days.
