I think a few got excited by the location of the project. Its pretty darn good if you ask me. My favourite spec stocks are those with minimal shares on issue with promising projects. EYE fit the bill with todays announcement but the cash is an issue. I will wait until some cash is at bank before entering but they will definately stay on the watchlist.
