what blows me away are the numbers for Canberra and Hobart

i didnt realise how tiny those markets are.

How would places with so much spare land, ever have such high growth?

Canberra of all places should be able to grow easily into spare pockets of land close to the city centre and from what little I know its all much the same no matter where you are

Hobart looks a bit more problematic growth wise being near so much water on many fronts , but still plenty of room and not much activity in the market
