Mistyrains the UK's woes have developed over the last 50 years and the seeds were sown long before the mass immigration of recent decades.
Theories vary on the origins of western cultures malaise. How we went from the very pinnacle to the precipice.
One theory places the rot starting after WW2 when western countries became convinced it was their technical and management skills that enabled their societies to overcome their enemy. Full of confidence they set about creating a new management class of humans to oversee society, and hence the explosion in university education. Some warned against it, fearing this new class might obtain the keys to our own destruction and the will to use it.
The nightmare came true. Instead of serving their nations the hateful new university educated "management" or "technocrat" class turned against their kin, seeking instead to destroy the old order and recreate the world in their own image.
They set about destroying the institutions that had developed over millenia and ushure in their Utopia, while bitterly resisted by an underclass that is rightfully proud of its history and culture.
Mass immigration is a sort of deathblow or "hotshot" to the patient.

The more divided we are the less able we are to pull together in a crisis such as an economic crisis. The less likely we are to contribute to the common good also because we simply dont believe there is anything "common" anymore. Each community just looks after their own special interests. In the UK it really is everyman for himself.
