bottom at 21.5c

I am calling the bottom here at 21.5c today.

The selling volume is not convincing to me as it has been tapering off the last three days: 850k then 570k and today only 265k so far despite and absolute bloodbath in base metals and related stocks. Zinc was down a staggering 6% overnight and clearly not much panic dumping happening on OVR.

For this to go lower I think it would need another +4% plummet in Zinc prices overnight and a second mining sector bloodbath.

Now 20% below the **average** price traded over the last 30 days: 12.7% of issue at 27c average.
