you're definitely building a very strong argument here after a look at your document trail - but i still can't find '7707941 Cartridge assembly for multiple projectiles' on the http://www.pica.army.mil/TechTran/portfolio/ page - has it been taken off that page now?

and in light of this pretty reasonable trail of uses to which our IP appears to be going towards, why don't you frame a note to Lee asking him for a 'can you confirm or deny' at the end, or 'will the company be addressing the above uses of our IP in a near-term market update' -- either way, he will have to say something which would be indicative of something -- and if he doesn't respond, call him up -- he can't dodge the extremely important issues you are framing here.
